ReservIT is the dedicated interface for hotel searches and reservations. It is integrated with your Web site, adopting your graphics chart to ensure maximum transparency.

Multiple Search Modes

• Multi-criteria search engine is configured according to plans and hotel particularities. You may at all times add or cancel a criteria
• The geographic search engine allows internet user to navigate a search according to the implementation of establishments
• The search results are presented in order of hotel availability and requested criteria

The Objectives

• Present a list of hotels which corresponds best to the criteria requested
• To offer on a continual basis the most updated information
• To always offer alternatives even if none of the criteria can be matched

Establishment’s Description

• Detailed description of each hotel with photographs
• Introductory information of the hotel
• Plans, areas of interests and directions

The ergonomics are entirely personalised. The data can be modified and up dated in an independent manner by the systems administrator or the hotels.

Reservations are made in 4 steps

• Selection of dates and number of people (adults and children)
• The system presents available rooms and prices
• The system presents a selection of options (breakfast, activities, car parking, etc.)
• The client completes the guest’s form and secures payment

When the reservation has been completed, the surfer can print a voucher. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent in any case.

Travel Industry access
A specific access can be configured for industry professionals. Using a login and a password they can then access ReservIT or list of hotels with any specific conditions and prices that are made available to them.
